If you are late for an appointment, your treatment time may be shorten. We will do our best to make up the lost time of your treatment as we can, if there are no schedule conflicts – but there is not 100% guarantee. We will still charge the full cost of the service even if service time has to be cut.

For gratuity, please prepare cash ahead. Our massage practitioners will appreciate if you tip in cash.

PARKING on the street is available. Our location has parking spaces in the front.

Note that you’re more than welcome to choose your therapist. However, if you don’t specify your preference on the appointment note, we may check for availability and assign you to the next available therapist.
